Telesales Specialist – Lead Qualification

About the role

The Telesales Specialist is the first point of contact for prospects generated by marketing campaigns. You will quickly engage leads, collect essential business information, and qualify them before handing them over to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new leads within 5–15 minutes via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Use a standardized questionnaire to qualify prospects and capture company size, activity, branches, users, current software, pain points, required modules, budget, timeline, and decision‑makers.
• Classify leads as Qualified, Disqualified, Needs Follow‑up, or Unreachable and log all details in the CRM.
• Schedule product demos or meetings with the appropriate Account Executive and provide a concise qualification summary.
• Redirect non‑ready leads back to marketing nurture tracks and document reasons for disqualification.
• Prepare weekly reports on lead volume, quality, sources, and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, telesales or inside sales.
• Strong verbal communication and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into software requirements.
• Experience in the software/ERP industry is a plus.
