Travel Specialist (English Speaking Advisor)

About the role

Concentrix Egypt is looking for enthusiastic Travel Specialists to provide English‑language travel assistance to customers. This full‑time, onsite position is based in 6th of October City and is targeted at recent graduates ready to start immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries related to travel bookings.
• Provide accurate travel information, process reservations, and manage changes or cancellations.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s systems.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and shift schedules.

Required profile

• Graduates only, holding Egyptian nationality.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts, including night and overnight hours.
• Ready to start immediately and work onsite.

Required skills

• Strong computer literacy for using reservation and CRM tools.
