Warehouse Manager

About the role

Alstom is seeking a full‑time Warehouse Manager to lead material flow in its Cairo warehouse. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant handling of goods that support production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, health‑compliant environment for all warehouse staff.
• Oversee material storage, guaranteeing availability, integrity, and on‑time delivery to production.
• Manage physical flows such as reception, put‑away, kitting, and shipping, aligning them with system processes.
• Drive effective use of the ERP system, providing training to logistics operators.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the APSYS roadmap and optimize warehouse layout and Kanban flows.
• Manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers, ensuring compliance with Alstom standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team, setting objectives and supporting growth.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial or Supply Chain Management (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management position (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and agile attitude.

Required skills

• SAP ERP experience, specifically IM and WM modules.
