Wooden Installation Engineer – Furniture Fit‑out

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Wooden Installation Engineer to lead furniture fit‑out projects in Cairo. You will oversee on‑site installation, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure high‑quality execution aligned with project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review executive drawings and verify compliance with on‑site requirements.
• Plan, supervise, and assign tasks to installation teams.
• Monitor delivery, receipt, and condition of furniture from factory to site.
• Coordinate with production management and the technical office for accurate dimensions and finishes.
• Manage installation schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager and client.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Ensure adherence to quality, occupational health, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit periodic progress and technical reports.
• Train and supervise technicians and workers.
• Obtain client approvals and delivery sign‑offs upon project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Applied Arts, Architecture or related).
• 5–8 years of experience in wooden furniture manufacturing, installation or interior fit‑out.
• Proven ability to plan, organize and solve on‑site technical problems.
• Experience managing work teams and communicating with clients.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
