Account Manager – ERP / Odoo Solutions

About the role

VTS is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships for its ERP/Odoo Solutions team in New Damietta. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal delivery teams, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow strong relationships with assigned business clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact, handling requests, updates, concerns, and escalations.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and follow up on proposals, quotations, and renewals.
• Understand client workflows, operational challenges, and system requirements.
• Coordinate with implementation, functional, and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track client interactions, requests, and opportunities using CRM or internal tools.
• Prepare regular reports on account progress, feedback, and pending actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer success.
• Experience with ERP or software solutions, preferably Odoo.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to engage with business owners, managers, and decision‑makers.
• Organized, customer‑focused, and capable of handling multiple accounts.
• Good command of English.
