Associate Operations Manager – Malls

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Operations Manager to lead the strategic and day‑to‑day operations of a shopping mall. The role focuses on building strong tenant relationships, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan covering all mall operations.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with tenants and retail groups to secure ongoing business.
• Implement approved procedures across all mall functions and ensure seamless internal collaboration.
• Coordinate regular and periodic maintenance plans with department heads.
• Manage tenant dues collection and resolve financial issues promptly.
• Address tenant complaints, identify root causes, and ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain brand standards and promote a cohesive corporate mall identity.
• Initiate improvements to customer service and the shopping experience.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support mall objectives.

Required profile

• MBA in Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mall management or a similar role.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial facilities management.
• Proven experience in leasing contracts, negotiations, and tender management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
