Co-Founder – AI Startup (Healthcare AI Employee)

About the role

EnsanAI is seeking a co‑founder to help turn its live AI employee product, Rayan, into a regional leader across the MENA healthcare market. The role is a full‑time, ownership‑driven position where you will lead a critical function and drive rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategy, including customer acquisition, demos, pricing and regional expansion.
• Build and nurture healthcare partnerships with clinics, hospitals, insurers and EHR providers.
• Lead product development, prototyping, integrations and AI workflow automation.
• Create founder‑led content, storytelling and multi‑channel distribution (LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape company vision, fundraising and scaling plans.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take full ownership of a business function.
• Proven ability to move fast, deliver results and work in an early‑stage startup environment.
• Strong ambition, commitment and a passion for AI‑driven solutions in healthcare.
• Either GTM expertise, technical building experience, or deep knowledge of the MENA healthcare market.
