Community & Event Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community & Event Manager to drive our online events and nurture our digital community. You will be the central point for planning webinars, live Q&A sessions, and workshops while ensuring members feel heard and engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute online events (webinars, live Q&As, workshops, panel discussions).
• Handle pre‑event logistics: speaker onboarding, platform setup (Zoom, Teams, etc.), registration links and reminder emails.
• Host or co‑host live sessions, manage timing, troubleshoot issues and foster audience interaction.
• Manage community platforms (Slack, Discord, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn) by responding promptly to questions and encouraging a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Create and publish social‑media content (text, images, short videos) to promote events and celebrate community achievements.
• Prepare post‑event reports with attendance, engagement metrics, feedback and actionable insights.
• Track community growth and event performance, recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and follow‑up abilities; never lets details slip.
• High sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Fast responsiveness to team and community members.
• Willingness to work onsite in Nasr City.
