Copilot AI Security Consultant

About the role

As a Copilot AI Security Consultant you will join Concentrix’s Technical Products and Services team to design, implement and govern secure AI solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work closely with clients and internal experts to ensure Copilot AI deployments meet the highest security and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design secure identity and access management frameworks for Copilot AI and Azure AI Foundry.
• Develop data‑security architectures, including classification, labeling, DLP and auditing using Microsoft Purview and Fabric.
• Create and maintain a Copilot AI governance model covering policy, access control, risk management and regulatory alignment.
• Lead workshops and executive briefings to translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Define proactive monitoring, incident‑response and continuous‑audit strategies for AI‑driven services.

Required profile

• Strong background in cloud security architecture within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure security services and AI governance.
• Deep understanding of GDPR, NIST AI Risk Management Framework and privacy‑by‑design principles.
• Excellent communication skills for consulting and executive engagement.
