Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will design, execute and optimise marketing plans that boost brand awareness, drive website traffic and generate qualified leads. You will lead digital campaigns across multiple channels, analyse performance data and mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and supervise annual and quarterly digital marketing plans, including situation and competition analysis.
• Plan, launch and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X and other platforms.
• Manage SEO initiatives, website content strategy, site maps and traffic‑generation tactics.
• Conduct A/B testing, analyse metrics and produce regular performance reports.
• Oversee email and influencer marketing programmes, ensuring budget compliance.
• Act as the primary account manager for client communications and campaign approvals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to brainstorm innovative growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in online paid media, SEO and digital analytics.
• 3+ years managing Meta Ads, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proven ability to lead projects, mentor staff and communicate effectively.
