Factory Manager – Hygiene Paper Industry

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Factory Manager in the hygiene paper sector, based in Badr City. You will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and floor management.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate workforce teams to achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high‑quality standards throughout the production line.

Required profile

• Strong background in Production Planning and Production Management.
• Experience in Quality Control and adherence to quality standards.
• Proven ability in Operations Management and day‑to‑day factory oversight.
• Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and process optimization.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the hygiene paper industry or a related manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
