Fitness Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Fitness Trainer to join our gym in Cairo. The role involves leading group exercise classes, creating personalized training plans and delivering high‑quality instruction to members. You will help maintain a safe environment and motivate clients to achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group exercise classes for members of varying fitness levels.
• Develop personalized fitness training plans tailored to individual goals.
• Provide clear and effective fitness instruction during sessions.
• Maintain a safe and clean exercise environment.
• Motivate and inspire clients to reach their personal fitness objectives.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all gym members.

Required profile

• Experience in group exercise and fitness training.
• Proficiency in fitness instruction and in‑depth knowledge of the fitness industry.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals toward their fitness goals.
• Certification from a recognized fitness institution (e.g., ACE, NASM) preferred.
• Relevant experience working in a gym or fitness centre.
• Basic first aid or CPR certification is a plus.
