Fitness Trainer – Personalized Programs

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Fitness Trainer to join our on‑site team in 5th Settlement. You will design and deliver personalized workout and diet plans that help our clients achieve holistic wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement customized fitness and nutrition programs based on thorough client assessments.
• Monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide expert advice on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
• Stay current with fitness trends and integrate new techniques into training offerings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior trainers to foster a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate client data into personalized programs.
• Participate in marketing events and promotional activities to attract and retain clients.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in fitness training and program development.
• Relevant bachelor's degree.
• Native or bilingual Arabic and very good English communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and wellness practices.
