Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Cyber Shield is looking for a full‑time Human Resources Specialist to join its Cairo office. You will lead HR activities, shape policies, and support a growing team in the fast‑moving cybersecurity sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee benefits and oversee personnel administration.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct performance appraisals and support career development.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor regulations and internal standards.
• Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within IT or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, personnel management and labor law compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
