Junior Electrical Tender Engineer – Digital Solutions

Join a global, ethical company dedicated to delivering energy‑efficient solutions. As a Junior Electrical Tender Engineer you will support project tenders from initial review through final quotation, ensuring Eaton’s technical and commercial commitments align with customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse incoming RFQs and determine the fit of Eaton products across all solution families.
• Interpret tender drawings and specifications, preparing CDE (Comply, Deviate, Exception) documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, applications engineers, consultants and product owners to build competitive bids.
• Assist with costing, pricing and technical risk/opportunity analysis.
• Maintain offer documentation accuracy and ensure equipment specifications meet project needs.
• Meet tender timelines, communicate progress, risks and constraints to stakeholders.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering/design experience with electrical distribution systems in large‑scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Familiarity with interpreting technical packages (drawings, specifications) and managing tender documentation.
