Learning Designer, 2 Hour Learning (Remote)

About the role

Join the team behind the 2‑Hour Learning engine and help transform massive AI‑generated performance data into actionable insights that boost K‑8 learners toward 90% mastery and beyond. Working from any Wi‑Fi‑enabled location, you will design and execute rapid‑response interventions that keep students moving forward.

Key responsibilities

• Create precise academic data reports, identify anomalies and trigger corrections within 48 hours.
• Conduct live “rescue” coaching sessions to remove learning blockers and sustain motivation.
• Assess, deploy and prototype new educational apps and AI/LLM solutions that accelerate learning velocity.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine dashboards, tools and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science, EdTech or a student‑support role with both analytical and interpersonal dimensions.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, filtering).
• High emotional intelligence, excellent communication and a kid‑friendly coaching style.
• Experience building AI‑driven workflows and automations.
• At least one year of hands‑on experience working with K‑8 students.
