Local SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Local SEO Specialist to own and grow the local search performance of a multi‑location, service‑based healthcare brand. You will focus on Google Business Profiles, location pages, and service‑specific searches to turn online intent into booked patient appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local SEO roadmap across all clinic locations.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles for rankings, visibility, and engagement.
• Manage review generation strategies and monitor reputation signals.
• Improve on‑page SEO for location and service pages, including titles, headers, internal linking, and schema.
• Ensure NAP consistency across the website and third‑party directories.
• Build and maintain local citations and directory listings.
• Track local rankings, calls, direction requests, and traffic; report performance tied to patient acquisition.
• Iterate strategy based on results, competitive movement, and market gaps.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of hands‑on local SEO experience.
• Proven ability to rank businesses in competitive local markets.
• Strong understanding of Google Business Profiles and local ranking factors.
• Experience optimizing location‑based service businesses, preferably in healthcare.
• Availability to work during EST business hours for team collaboration.
