Operations Associate

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Associate who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys bringing structure to chaos. The role sits at the core of daily operations, ensuring data accuracy, executing critical tasks, and keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Data integrity & validation: own data quality across systems, review and correct inconsistencies before they become problems.
• Manage and improve data flows: create, update and maintain operational data in multiple tools, ensure clear communication between teams.
• Execute daily operations: handle service activations, maintain internal trackers, sheets and forms.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, data analysis or a similar role.
• Professional proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly detail‑oriented, proactive and curious, able to work in a fast‑changing environment.
• Team player with strong problem‑solving instincts.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel
• Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• HubSpot (nice to have)
• Slack (nice to have)
