About the role
The Organizational Development (OD) Associate supports the HR team by maintaining accurate employee data, managing system access, and assisting with OD projects. This entry‑level position offers exposure to HRIS administration, organizational chart updates, and basic data analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure timely updates of employee information on OD systems and organizational charts, including hires, leavers, and structural changes.
- Create and grant system access for new users, support end‑users, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage account resets and access recoveries to minimize workflow disruptions.
- Document organizational updates, structural adjustments, and maintain version control of SOPs.
- Implement job description modifications and coordinate with stakeholders after restructurings or hiring committee decisions.
- Assist in data collection for turnover analysis and other HR projects.
- Prepare templates, forms, presentations, and generate HR reports as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience or internships/university projects with an HR focus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Required skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Visio
- Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and basic data analysis)
- Familiarity with HRIS or Performance Management software
