Overseas Country Manager – Egypt

About the role

LC Waikiki Retail Company is seeking an experienced Overseas Country Manager to lead its sourcing operations in Egypt. You will shape and execute the country sourcing strategy, aligning it with global growth objectives while driving sustainable business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement Egypt’s sourcing strategy to meet volume, revenue, and margin targets.
• Lead all sourcing activities, including supplier relationships, merchandising, quality, compliance, and financial performance.
• Monitor market dynamics, identify opportunities and risks, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers and partners to secure competitive advantages.
• Build and strengthen the supplier ecosystem, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, sustainability, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to support broader business priorities.
• Drive strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, system enhancements, and organizational effectiveness.
