Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

Invesp is seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to lead manual UI and functional testing for web experiments and front‑end changes. You will work closely with CRO, analytics, UX, and development teams to ensure every variation is pixel‑perfect and bug‑free before reaching thousands of users.

Key responsibilities

• Review requirements and design files (Figma) to create comprehensive test scenarios.
• Design, execute, and document manual test cases across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Perform UI, UX, responsive, and cross‑browser testing to validate implementation against design specifications.
• Log, prioritize, and track bugs in the project‑management tool, then retest during regression cycles.
• Verify that code follows CSS and style guidelines and provide clear test summary reports with release recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers and CRO specialists to clarify issues and ensure smooth releases.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in QA or front‑end testing.
• Strong understanding of QA principles, regression testing, and UI validation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for pixel‑perfect UI/UX.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Humility, curiosity, and a willingness to take ownership and learn.
