About the role
Self Medical Hub is seeking a full‑time Receptionist Sales professional to join our front‑desk team in New Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while supporting sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients, manage visitor flow, and handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide information about services, answer customer inquiries, and direct requests to appropriate departments.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Assist the sales team by promoting services and capturing leads when opportunities arise.
Required profile
- High school diploma or higher.
- Experience in customer service or client relationship management.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a sales‑oriented environment is a plus.
