About the role
Amazon is looking for a results‑driven Retail Account Manager to lead vendor relationships across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You will use data‑driven insights and automation tools to scale vendor management, improve business terms and drive growth for Amazon’s marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of vendors at scale across multiple Middle East markets, leveraging tools and automation.
- Negotiate costs, promotional opportunities and other business inputs to improve profitability and selection.
- Collaborate with cross‑category teams to streamline vendor‑management processes and drive operational improvements.
- Own vendor communication, fostering long‑term self‑sufficiency and strong relationships.
- Conduct vendor performance analysis, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
- Lead systematic process improvements and implement SOPs at scale.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales or account‑management experience.
- At least 2 years in digital advertising or client‑facing roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Experience in e‑commerce or technology‑focused environments is preferred.
