Senior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead the development of architectural designs and technical solutions across all project phases. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that designs meet client expectations, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, design development, construction documents, and IFC packages.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate architectural solutions with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
• Review and coordinate consultant and subcontractor submissions as needed.
• Support project managers in design coordination, delivery, and technical problem‑solving.
• Assist in preparing presentations, design reports, and client submissions.
• Conduct quality reviews to maintain accuracy and consistency of project documentation.
• Participate in site visits and respond to technical queries during execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in a consultancy.
• Strong understanding of the full design process from schematic design to IFC documentation.
• Good knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building systems.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
