Senior Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our ERP, CRM and HRIS solutions. The role will define product vision, gather business requirements and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑value SaaS products that meet customer and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather, analyze and prioritize business and customer requirements for ERP, CRM or HRIS products.
• Create and maintain the product backlog, writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and product review meetings in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UI/UX, Development, QA, Customer Success and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Work with implementation and support teams to understand pain points and propose enhancements.
• Track product KPIs, measure performance and validate features during UAT before release.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Specialist or Business Analyst in ERP, CRM, HRIS, Payroll or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules, CRM systems, HRMS/HRIS and related enterprise solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
