Strategy & Operations Lead

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to work directly with the CEO’s office. The role will drive execution of the company’s top strategic initiatives, maintain the operating rhythm, and provide data‑driven insights for executive decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into execution plans with owners, timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Lead high‑impact initiatives such as pricing strategy, commercial model evolution, product launches and partnerships in Egypt.
• Maintain and improve the company’s operating cadence (OKRs, quarterly reviews, leadership meetings) and oversee company‑wide reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards that give real‑time visibility on commercial, product and operational metrics.
• Extract and analyse data using SQL, develop financial and operational models, and turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Act as the liaison between the CEO’s office and Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams, ensuring cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy execution, operations management or business analysis within a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and build financial models.
• Excellent communication skills to prepare board decks, investor updates and executive reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
