About the role
Tasaheel, a leading micro‑finance institution in Egypt, is looking for a proactive People Partner Team Leader to drive its HR operations. You will align people strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless delivery of core HR services across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the People & Organization (P&O) strategy in line with overall business goals.
- Conduct monthly meetings with Operations and Area Managers to coordinate manpower planning.
- Lead onboarding, training, and Training Needs Analysis for People Partner Specialists.
- Develop and distribute the monthly work plan for the People Partner team.
- Oversee P&O performance metrics, payroll accuracy, and employee record maintenance.
- Ensure consistent application of P&O policies and support DEI initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between Operations and the People team.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and shared services to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of relevant HR experience, including hiring planning, onboarding, exit interviews, investigations, and policy compliance.
- Solid experience dealing with labor offices and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of Egyptian employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with payroll processing and HR metrics reporting.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and deliver onboarding programs.
