Warehouse & Fixed Asset Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse & Fixed Asset Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while ensuring accurate management of the company’s fixed assets. This role combines inventory control, asset tracking, and process improvement to support operational efficiency and financial compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the warehouse team to meet daily activity targets.
• Ensure proper receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of all materials and inventory, including IT, printing supplies, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate records, conduct regular stock counts, and perform physical inventory checks.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Manage the end‑to‑end purchase order process and validate quantities received.
• Oversee fixed‑asset registration, barcoding, labeling, and maintain the asset register.
• Perform periodic physical verification of assets and coordinate disposals or write‑offs.
• Collaborate with the finance department for asset capitalization, transfers, and reconciliation.
• Lead implementation and documentation of warehouse and asset management processes, including ERP and Power Apps enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to supervise daily warehouse operations and motivate staff.
• Experience conducting stock counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Familiarity with purchase order management and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of fixed‑asset lifecycle management and asset reconciliation.
• Ability to work with finance teams on asset capitalization and reporting.
