About the role
The Assistant Maintenance Manager will lead multi‑site maintenance operations for a portfolio of restaurants, ensuring smooth daily operations, business continuity and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily maintenance activities, including projects, new openings, relocations and renovations.
- Oversee spare‑parts inventory, consumption and cost‑optimization opportunities.
- Utilise warranties effectively and provide technical guidance to maintenance teams.
- Ensure maintenance projects meet quality standards, timelines and approved budgets.
- Handle work orders and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Drive cost efficiency through optimal use of labour, materials and assets.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules across restaurants and offices.
- Monitor and improve equipment performance to minimise downtime.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 7‑9 years of experience in maintenance management within retail, hospitality or food‑and‑beverage operations.
- Proven experience managing multi‑site maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
