Assistant Maintenance Manager – Multi‑Site Operations

About the role

The Assistant Maintenance Manager will lead multi‑site maintenance operations for a portfolio of restaurants, ensuring smooth daily operations, business continuity and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance activities, including projects, new openings, relocations and renovations.
• Oversee spare‑parts inventory, consumption and cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Utilise warranties effectively and provide technical guidance to maintenance teams.
• Ensure maintenance projects meet quality standards, timelines and approved budgets.
• Handle work orders and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Drive cost efficiency through optimal use of labour, materials and assets.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules across restaurants and offices.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7‑9 years of experience in maintenance management within retail, hospitality or food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Proven experience managing multi‑site maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
