About the role
The Assistant Outlet Manager will support the outlet’s operations at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, ensuring an elegant dining environment and a memorable guest experience across all service periods.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a refined and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Hire, train, supervise, and discipline outlet staff.
- Oversee daily service standards for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
- Collaborate with the outlet manager to implement service improvements.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly, unobtrusive approach.
Required profile
- Well‑mannered, visionary, and passionate about hospitality.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
- Good computer skills.
- College degree, preferably in hotel or restaurant management.
