About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager will support the outlet’s operations at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, ensuring an elegant dining environment and a memorable guest experience across all service periods.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a refined and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Hire, train, supervise, and discipline outlet staff.
  • Oversee daily service standards for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
  • Collaborate with the outlet manager to implement service improvements.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly, unobtrusive approach.

Required profile

  • Well‑mannered, visionary, and passionate about hospitality.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
  • Good computer skills.
  • College degree, preferably in hotel or restaurant management.

  • Computer literacy.
