Assistant Store Manager – Retail (Part‑time)

About the role

Artsy Silver is seeking a part‑time Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at its District 5 Mall location. The role combines leadership of the jewelry sales team with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day branch operations.
• Lead and supervise Jewelry Consultants during assigned shifts.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and handle complaints, exchanges, and escalations.
• Monitor daily sales performance, support target achievement, and coach the team on sales techniques.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, operational checklists, and stock organization.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation remain on‑brand.
• Monitor team discipline, grooming, punctuality, and floor behavior.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Background in fashion, jewelry, luxury retail, or premium customer service is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales‑oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good to very good English proficiency.
