Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

Mr. Beard is looking for a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to lead the brand’s positioning and growth across Egypt and the UAE. This full‑time, on‑site role in Cairo will drive integrated campaigns, product launches, and ensure a consistent brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute brand positioning and strategy for Mr. Beard and future brands.
• Plan, launch and optimise integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage new product launches from concept through market introduction.
• Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with creative, content and performance teams.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience in cosmetics, grooming or lifestyle brands (preferred).
• Background in brand strategy, content marketing and campaign management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in brand management within FMCG or personal‑care sectors.
