About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is seeking a full‑time Chef De Cuisine to lead its Sushi, Crudo and Teppanyaki stations. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will ensure that every dish meets the brand’s high standards of quality, creativity and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the preparation of all sushi, crudo and teppanyaki orders.
- Maintain consistent culinary quality and presentation across all guest meals.
- Develop, mentor and train kitchen staff to uphold Four Seasons’ service excellence.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.

- Well‑mannered, visionary and passionate about hospitality.
- Deep understanding of high‑end hotel culinary concepts.
- Creative talent with a commitment to culinary excellence.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team.
