Cluster Project Manager

About the role

Air Liquide is seeking a Cluster Project Manager to provide direction, leadership, and oversight for the procurement function across multiple projects. You will optimise resource allocation, vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure seamless project execution, cost control, risk management and overall success aligned with the organisation’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement transformation initiatives by developing and implementing strategies that enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resource allocation and deliverables.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, establish governance structures and manage execution to meet objectives.
• Act as the single point of contact between procurement activities and the project execution team, aligning procurement milestones with overall project schedules.
• Collaborate with senior management, procurement teams, HR business partners and other internal stakeholders to secure engagement and support.
• Monitor material status, analyse market conditions, communicate risks and establish KPIs to measure performance.
• Ensure compliance with Air Liquide’s code of conduct and promote ethical business behaviour.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, project management or operations.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven knowledge of project management, performance & process management, and financial analysis.
• Experience with capital project planning, cost‑to‑value analysis and category‑sourcing strategy.
