About the role
The Marq is looking for a Community Clients Relations Supervisor to lead daily client‑service activities, ensure high satisfaction, and support the Clients Relations Section Head in achieving departmental goals.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, and manage tickets from the mobile app and call centre.
- Maintain accurate client records, update ticket statuses, and prepare weekly legal sheets for cases requiring legal action.
- Supervise the client‑relations team, monitor service‑quality standards, and coordinate with Finance and other internal departments.
- Assist with contract delivery, gift‑box distribution, and walk‑in meetings, documenting concerns and facilitating communication.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of client‑service processes and reporting.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of proven experience in a similar client‑relations or customer‑service role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Knowledge of real‑estate industry practices is a plus.
