About the role
We are seeking an experienced CRM Team Leader to drive the performance of our HubSpot CRM platform. In this remote, full‑time position you will lead a high‑performing team, ensure data quality, and deliver insights that support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and continuously improve the CRM team.
- Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM pipelines, workflows, lists, properties and reporting.
- Maintain accurate customer data, enforce segmentation and data‑governance standards.
- Design dashboards and KPI reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyse customer data to enhance engagement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Technical teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Drive automation projects and implement AI‑powered solutions for productivity gains.
- Establish and enforce CRM best practices across the organisation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead or supervise a team (preferred).
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Expertise in CRM automation and integrations.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools applied to business processes.
- Ability to build dashboards, reports and KPI visualisations.
