About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who enjoys interacting with people and turning inquiries into positive experiences. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them with product information, pricing, and availability while building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their questions and concerns.
- Provide accurate and knowledgeable answers about product features, pricing structures, and stock availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Perform data entry tasks across various platforms to maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
