About the role

The Employee Relations & Benefits Senior Manager leads the organization’s employee relations, HR policies, HR systems, and benefits programs. This role ensures operational efficiency, legal compliance, and a positive employee experience while aligning HR processes across the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations operations to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices.
  • Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook in line with labor law.
  • Ensure alignment of HR policies, systems, and documentation without discrepancies.
  • Oversee HR documentation processes, including employee files, contracts, and official records.
  • Administer employee benefits programs such as medical and life insurance, mobile allowances, and other perks.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors to secure competitive benefit offerings.
  • Monitor benefits utilization, cost efficiency, and employee satisfaction, recommending enhancements as needed.
  • Manage HRIS operations, data accuracy, workflows, and system governance.
  • Coordinate HR systems integration, enhancements, automation initiatives, and process optimization projects.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and IT to implement and maintain HR systems and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, internal controls, and audit standards.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards related to employee relations and benefits.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10‑15 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, Benefits, or related HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
  • Experience managing HRIS platforms, system integrations, and process automation initiatives.

Required skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., HITS HRIS).
