Entrepreneurship Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking seasoned entrepreneurship educators to help train AI systems on real-world startup scenarios. Your expertise will directly shape how AI interprets business models, financial projections, and strategic planning, impacting millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI-generated startup and entrepreneurship scenarios for accuracy and practical relevance.
• Assess business models, assumptions, and go-to-market strategies against real-world standards.
• Identify unrealistic financial projections, flawed reasoning, or unsound strategic advice.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI training content.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or startup strategy.
• Strong understanding of business model design and early-stage decision-making.
• Ability to critically evaluate written business plans, pitch decks, and strategic scenarios.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable meeting deadline-driven tasks.
• Nice to have: MBA or graduate degree in entrepreneurship, founder or advisor experience, familiarity with AI evaluation workflows.
