About the role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and daily operations. The role will support the CEO in achieving long‑term business objectives while ensuring financial stability, compliance, and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and oversee annual budgets and financial forecasts; analyse data for trends, variances and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
- Monitor cash flow, optimise working capital and manage banking relationships, including financing negotiations.
- Track and control expenses, assess profitability by product line, channel or region.
- Maintain compliance with all tax regulations, liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior finance staff and align financial goals with operational plans.
- Support the CEO in evaluating new business opportunities and lead financial risk‑management initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field (master’s or professional certification such as CFA, CPA, CMA is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, preferably in retail, luxury goods or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards and tax regulations.
- High attention to detail, strong organisational abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities with the capacity to influence stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency with financial software.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- ERP system expertise, preferably SAP Business One.
