About the role
Sandoz is seeking a First Line Manager to lead a high‑performing team of Medical Representatives in Upper Egypt. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales, productivity, and performance targets.
- Develop and execute business plans aligned with Sandoz strategy.
- Maintain existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet business results and manage area sales and expense budgets.
- Act as a communication bridge between senior management and sales representatives.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop Medical Representatives.
- Manage relationships with key decision‑makers, opinion leaders, and patient associations.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor data, and pricing information.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely reporting of technical complaints.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including 3‑5 years in a pharmaceutical managerial role.
- Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
