Fleet Incubation Senior Coordinator

About the role

Bosta is looking for a proactive Fleet Incubation Senior Coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding of newly‑joined couriers during their first 30 days. You will act as the primary point of contact, tracking attendance, handling communications, and providing field support to guarantee operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance and sign‑off for new couriers using spreadsheets and tracking tools.
• Manage onboarding WhatsApp groups, ensuring hub check‑in and end‑of‑day confirmations.
• Provide first‑line support to couriers throughout their first month.
• Escalate critical issues such as cash discrepancies, repeated absences, or operational risks to the Fleet Onboarding Supervisor.
• Conduct field visits to hubs when required to assess onboarding status and commitment.
• Coordinate with Hub Supervisors to validate courier attendance and engagement.
• Maintain accurate onboarding trackers and prepare brief daily and weekly status reports.
• Support enforcement of onboarding SOPs and guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, fleet, logistics, or field coordination.
• Strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Willingness to work in the field when needed.
• Attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Previous experience in last‑mile operations is a plus.
