Food and Beverage Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team in Cairo. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support daily operations across dining areas, bars and service points, ensuring high standards of food, beverage and guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑of‑house teams, coordinate shifts and monitor service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist with inventory control, budgeting, cost‑control and sales performance analysis.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional activities.
• Contribute to staff training, onboarding and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in food service and F&B operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to manage guest issues tactfully.
• Leadership experience supervising shifts and coordinating diverse teams.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with food safety, hygiene and workplace health‑and‑safety standards.
• Basic to intermediate budgeting and cost‑control capabilities.
