About the role
The Front Desk Secretary will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls, address inquiries, and route callers to the appropriate staff member.
- Greet visitors, assess their needs, and direct them to the correct department.
- Collect, sort, and deliver mail and packages to the right recipients.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conference calls, and related logistics.
- Receive, record, and distribute messages accurately.
- Monitor incoming emails and forward them to the relevant teams.
- Handle employee inquiries and keep office information up‑to‑date.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front‑desk or administrative role.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent punctuality, organizational abilities, and a high level of commitment.
- Effective communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools.
