About the role

noon is building a fast, scalable ecosystem of digital products across the Middle East. The Full Stack Engineer 2 will join the Noon Food engineering team, contributing to both backend services and customer‑facing applications that handle high‑throughput, real‑time workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end, from backend services to frontend production releases.
• Design fault‑tolerant, highly available distributed systems and APIs.
• Build and maintain reusable, performant frontend components for web and mobile.
• Translate product requirements into clean, bug‑free code across the stack.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful product features.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of full‑stack engineering experience with production‑grade applications.
• Strong bias for action, resourcefulness and high standards.

Required skills

• JavaScript and React for modern web applications.
• SQL and solid data‑modeling fundamentals.
• Backend development, API design and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable infrastructure.
• Familiarity with React Native or native mobile development.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity.
