About the role
The Gold Floor Guest Services Agent delivers personalized, high‑end service to guests staying on the Fairmont Gold floor. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures a seamless, luxurious experience from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Gold floor guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Provide concierge services, including recommendations and reservations.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic standards of the Gold lounge.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
Required profile
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional discretion, organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Previous hospitality or related service experience preferred.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hotel management system software.
