About the role
The Guest Relations Agent is the primary point of contact for visitors, delivering a friendly and professional welcome while ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Review arrival lists and greet guests upon arrival.
- Attend to special guests, such as VIPs, and promptly answer their inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and promote available services.
- Anticipate guest needs, build rapport, and offer assistance with tasks like confirming travel arrangements or taking messages.
- Record guest interactions and relevant information in the daily logbook.
- Address and, when necessary, escalate customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Capability to handle guest complaints calmly and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
