Hospitality Senior Lead Architect

About the role

ECB is seeking a Hospitality Senior Lead Architect to join its Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive the design and development of complex hospitality projects, delivering innovative and practical architectural solutions that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from concept through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment on design intent.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Integrate architectural solutions with project management processes for seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in architecture and architectural design with a strong portfolio of hospitality projects.
• Advanced degree in Architecture or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Extensive project‑management experience, including leading teams and handling budgets and timelines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Egyptian regulations and international construction standards.
• Prior experience in sustainable design and hospitality sector projects is advantageous.
