About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures the entire hotel environment is clean, welcoming and safe for guests. Working at Le Méridien near Cairo International Airport, you will contribute to a memorable guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to brand standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items, amenities or special cleaning needs.
- Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
- Lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance while on your feet for extended periods.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift regularly.
- Reliability, attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.
