About the role
Power Control is seeking an HR Specialist/Generalist to join its Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the company’s commitment to a collaborative culture by managing core HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HR policies in line with local regulations.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Manage recruitment activities, from job posting to onboarding.
- Handle personnel records, employee relations issues, and performance documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and promote compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, personnel management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
