About the role

Power Control is seeking an HR Specialist/Generalist to join its Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position will support the company’s commitment to a collaborative culture by managing core HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain HR policies in line with local regulations.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • Manage recruitment activities, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Handle personnel records, employee relations issues, and performance documentation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and promote compliance.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, personnel management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
